Not at all. We have full home-friendly tracks (bodyweight, dumbbell-only, resistance band). You can also follow gym-based programs if you have access. Filter by equipment in the library.
How accurate is the AI Nutritionist?
Our AI uses validated formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for BMR, activity multipliers for TDEE) and a curated database of 1,000+ Filipino & international foods. It's not a substitute for medical advice but excellent for general fitness goals.
Can I cancel anytime?
